TEACHER'S PATHWAY

This week had 6 working days. Saturday, (28/07/2018) was a working day in order to compensate the loss due to the holidays declared on the last week. Now we are fully into the routine rhythm of the school's daily schedule. I completed almost all my Lesson Plans and have by now transacted 30 Lesson Plans. In addition, some model lesson plans were also transacted in the class. Mid Term exam dates were given to the students. Rest of the class procedures were done accordingly.

The last week gave us extended experience on teaching. We transacted many classes and also engaged students on many substitution periods. Also, we assisted teachers on organizing a number of events . Also we actively participated behind the organizing of the inauguration of Hello English and PTA Meeting. Also we developed a rapport with the teachers of the school and we grasped in depth about the School's daily functioning. We also transacted some sessions using projectors . This week turned out to be another fruitful learning experience for me. I improved a lot on my ability to teach and I also improved on my abilities to control and manage the class more effectively. In addition to transacting sessions we also assisted the teachers on a number of extracurricular activities. We helped the teachers in organizing the assembly on Thursday and volunteered to help them in conducting Quiz Competitions and Essay writing competitions. It was indeed remarkably great experience and paved way for better development in our overall molding as a teacher. Also we helped various class teachers to conduct Pre -Admission Test to students who took admission in the school from CBSE Institutions. Thus in all, it was a week that taught me many aspects of Education.

 WEEKEND REPORT: 25/06/2018 TO 29/06/2018 The last week of June was indeed an eye opener to all of us, as we get accustomed to more and more of teaching, training and the daily routine of school. By Friday, I completed 15 Lesson Plans and the chapter " The Shipwrecked Sailor". In addition to the one period allotted to me permanently on a day, I also got many more free periods to transact my sessions to the students more fruitfully. Also, I engaged students of other classes during their free periods.  In addition to these normal classes, we also involved in various extracurricular activities of the school. We organized Drug Abuse Day on June 26. The students made a march in the Highway outside the campus, chanting slogans and projecting placards to deliver message on the importance of refraining from the usage of any kind of Drugs.  The Sahithya Club organized a Quiz competition for the students of High School on 28th of June.
