 WEEKEND REPORT: 25/06/2018 TO 29/06/2018

The last week of June was indeed an eye opener to all of us, as we get accustomed to more and more of teaching, training and the daily routine of school. By Friday, I completed 15 Lesson Plans and the chapter " The Shipwrecked Sailor". In addition to the one period allotted to me permanently on a day, I also got many more free periods to transact my sessions to the students more fruitfully. Also, I engaged students of other classes during their free periods. 

In addition to these normal classes, we also involved in various extracurricular activities of the school. We organized Drug Abuse Day on June 26. The students made a march in the Highway outside the campus, chanting slogans and projecting placards to deliver message on the importance of refraining from the usage of any kind of Drugs. 

The Sahithya Club organized a Quiz competition for the students of High School on 28th of June.
An Essay writing competition was conducted on 29th June for High School Students. The Hindi Club was inaugurated on 27th June. We made use of every single extracurricular activities like this to assist the teachers in organizing these programs well. Those were really fruitful experiences and we benefited from those interactions with these senior teachers. 

In the afternoon of 28th June, we delivered Yoga session to the students of Standard 8.A. I trained the students on how to practice Vajrasana. The students were really eager to learn Yoga and their response and feedback boosted our morale and confidence. 
Thus all in all, the preceded week was really fruitful and will be etched in our memories for ever.

This was the last week of our Teaching Practice. By now, all of my Lesson Plans and Works have been completed and the last week's working days were made use of to be spent on revision. Also I was personally disheartened to realise that my days as a teacher with these little kids were almose nearing its end. We had Observation from college this week and three faculties observed and gave feedbacks on our classes. We Celebrated the Independence day on August 15th, and we the B. Ed trainees organized a small celebration along with the aid and support of Social Club. A small fancy dress competition was organized. Unfortunately, the rest of the week's days were declared holidays, as the State of Kerala met with a mighty disaster in the form of a devastating Flood. YOGA TRANSACTION REPORT

On December 7, 2018, We transacted the Yoga Classes for Standard 9. I trained the students on Thadasana and Vrikshasana respectively. FOURTH SEMESTER TEACHING PRACTICE ENDS

Our Fourth Semester Teaching Practice ended on 05th January 2019. It was indeed a great experience to work at K.V.S.H.S.S Muthukulam. I completed the portions of Both 10th and 9th Standards till the Annual Examination. Students were really affectionate and attached and it was really saddening to bid them farewell. We distributed sweets to all the teachers and students of the the High School. Teachers wished us good luck, and our service at the school was well appreciated.
