CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

I did my Capacity Building Program this Week.  On 4th January, Friday, I transacted a session for the 10th Standard Students on the importance of Yoga and Meditation in Our daily Life. I convinced  them why it is important to meditate, and how Yoga can help us to improve our Health and Concentration Skills.
Students were really intrigued by the benefits of Yoga, and they actively participated in a healthy discussion about its prospects.
